We process all orders within 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way!

• Perfect for when you’re not in a hurry and want to save on shipping costs

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Exchange Timeframe: 15 days from the date you receive your order

Return & Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange.

2 Complete the Return Form
We’ll email you a return form to complete. Please fill this out completely and include it with your return package.

3 Package Your Items
Return items in their original condition with all tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

4 Ship to Our Address

5 Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Important Return Notes

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sleepwear that has been removed from its original packaging or shows signs of wear.

Returnable Items: All other items including coats, outerwear, hoodies, sweatshirts, jeans, pants, shirts, tops, and sweaters can be returned within the 15-day window.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. Please indicate your exchange preferences when contacting our customer service team.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items

Refund Methods

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
